Zillah Faith Community Church Secretary/ Bookkeeper Requirements.



  • The Church secretary provides essential administrative support, managing the church office, assisting pastor and council and maintaining records while fostering a welcoming and organized environment.



  Skills


  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills 
  • Willingness to learn simple website management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office setting or as a secretary preferred


Personal Qualities:


  • Faithful and committed to the church mission
  • Friendly, approachable and patient
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Willingness to learn
  • A professing member of Faith Community Church.
