- The Church secretary provides essential administrative support, managing the church office, assisting pastor and council and maintaining records while fostering a welcoming and organized environment.
Skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Willingness to learn simple website management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting or as a secretary preferred
Personal Qualities:
- Faithful and committed to the church mission
- Friendly, approachable and patient
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Willingness to learn
- A professing member of Faith Community Church.
